Attendees with mobility or physical disabilities are encouraged to use our accessible drop off and pick up point.
The Main Stage and Chibi Stage will have designated accessible seating toward the front of the room.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan on a first come, first served basis. Please inquire at the Accessibility Resources/First Aid Tent.

ASL Interpreters will be on site.
They will be interpreting all Main Stage panels and are also available for brief individual assistance upon request.
Please note that interpreters are not assigned for one-on-one accompaniment, as they are here to help make the event accessible to as many attendees as possible.

Requirements of Service Animals and Their Handlers:
The service animal should wear a harness, ID tag or other gear that readily identifies its working status.
The service animal must be on a leash at all times.
The handler must be in full control of the service animal at all times. The care and supervision of a service animal is solely the responsibility of its handler.
