Ticket FAQ's

  • Anime Fiesta has a no-refund policy. If you cannot attend the event you are welcome to make other arrangements like selling your ticket or giving it away. Please note that our celebrity guest lineup is subject to change. Tickets will not be refunded due to guest cancellation. If you're interested in attending the event only for one or a few specific guests, we recommend purchasing tickets at the door to ensure the best experience.

  • Your ticket grants you admission to the event, and gives you access to all Main Stage events like celebrity Q&A panels and cosplay contests, Chibi Stage panels and events, our expansive vendor market and artist alley featuring vendors and artists from all over the United States, our Kidz Zone with crafts and activities like laser tag, our Maid Cafe with performances every hour, and after parties featuring musical performances. Celebrity autographs & photos are not included with your admission ticket and can be purchased separately at the celebrity guests's booth.

  • Please do not remove your wristband if you plan on returning to the event later in the day or the following day. You will not be permitted to re-enter without your wristband.

  • Yes, up to 2 children ages 12 and under can enter the event early with you and join you in the autograph line or VIP seating area for panels. Children ages 6 – 12 will need a child's ticket to enter the event. Children 5 years old and younger do not need a ticket. Any attendees over the age of 12 will need to have their own VIP Pass in order to qualify for VIP Perks.

  • Yes! Select outlets will begin selling tickets late August 2025. Check back soon for a list of participating outlets.

  • Anime Fiesta is happy to offer group discounts for for public and private schools (Elementary - High School), as well as other organizations. Please contact us for more information.
